White-Label Branding
Customize the client portal with your own logo, colors, and business name.
White-label branding lets you customize the client portal so it reflects your brand instead of preroll.io's. Clients interact with a portal that looks and feels like your own product — building trust and presenting a polished, professional experience.
What You Can Customize

Logo
- Appears in the portal navigation bar
- Displayed on the magic-link login page
- Used in email notifications to clients
- Recommended size: 200x50px (horizontal/landscape format)
- Supported formats: PNG, SVG, JPG
- Transparent background recommended
Accent Color
The accent color is applied to:
- Primary buttons (Approve, Submit, etc.)
- Links and interactive elements
- Active/selected state indicators
- Progress bars and status badges
Choose a color that matches your brand. preroll.io ensures sufficient contrast for accessibility.
Display Name
Your business name replaces "preroll.io" throughout the client-facing experience:
- Portal header: "Powered by [Your Name]" becomes just your name
- Email sender name
- Browser tab title
- Login page welcome text
Configuration
Setting Up White-Label
- Navigate to Settings > Branding
- Upload your logo
- Select your accent color (hex picker or presets)
- Enter your display name
- Click Save
Changes take effect immediately for all client portal sessions.
Preview
Before saving, use the preview panel to see how your branding looks:
- Login page preview
- Portal dashboard preview
- Email notification preview
- Mobile view preview
Per-Organization Branding
White-label settings are configured per organization. This means:
- Each organization has its own branding
- Clients of different organizations see different branding
- Team members within an organization share the same branding settings
- Only owners and admins can modify branding settings

Review Player
The review player inherits your accent color for:
- Play button and progress bar
- Comment submission buttons

Client Experience
With white-label branding configured, your clients:
- See your brand when they access the portal
- Receive emails that appear to come from your business
- Never see "preroll.io" branding in their interface
- Get a cohesive experience that matches your other touchpoints
Default Branding
If you don't configure white-label branding:
- The portal uses preroll.io's default styling
- Emails are sent as "preroll.io" with default branding
- The portal header shows "preroll.io"

White-label branding is a Studio plan feature.

White-label is available during the 7-day Studio trial, so you can test how it looks with your brand before committing.
Best Practices
- Use a horizontal logo — Vertical/square logos don't fit well in navigation bars
- Choose a distinctive accent color — Not too similar to the background or text colors
- Keep your display name short — It appears in many places with limited space
- Test on mobile — Check how your branding looks on smaller screens
- Update branding if you rebrand — Changes take effect immediately across all client sessions
